This 4 week program is designed to introduce teenage girls between the ages of 12 and 18 to group fitness activities including:
- Kickboxing
- Step Aerobics
- Zumba
- Resistance & Weight Training
- Fitness Boot Camp
- Aqua Aerobics
The focus will be on building a healty body image, establishing healthy eating habits and discovering fun in fitness
Days/Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays until July 8, 2010
1:30-2:30 PM
Cost: $50 NTC Members; $70 Non-Members
