
Ryan Coleman, NSCA-CSCS
Degree/Certifications: Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science at Keiser University, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Training Experience: Former Division I Football Player for the University of Central Florida. I have 19 years of coaching experience in football, wrestling, weight-lifting, and strength, and conditioning training. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has also been a part of my life for the past 14 years as a student, competitor, and coach.
Specialties: I am the Fitness Coordinator and Exercise Specialist at the NTC. You can find me on the fitness floor helping people achieve fitness goals, correct improper movement patterns, improve muscular imbalances, and increase performance. I chose to work in the health and fitness industry because of the impact I feel I can make in the lives of my clients by improving their overall health and well-being.

Carolyn Lowell
Degree/Certifications: BS and MS: Exercise Physiology, ACE Certified Medical Exercise, ACSM Exercise is Medicine (EIM)
Training Experience: With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with a variety of clients. I am passionate about working with those who are new to exercise as she enjoys teaching the fundamentals of health and fitness.
Specialties: Carolyn has been at the NTC for many years as an exercise physiologist and covers shifts on the weekends. She has a love of yoga and hopes to become a certified yoga instructor one day.

Dave Brummert, NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CPT
Degree/Certifications: Bachelors in Kinesiology with an Athletic Training specialization from the University of New Hampshire, Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, NASM-certified personal trainer, Certified Strength, Conditioning Specialist and NATABOC certified Athletic Trainer for 4 years
Training Experience: I’ve been training for 9 years across 3 different gyms and 3 different states. I have over 12,000 training hours under my belt and I’ve trained everyone from 88-year-old men to Ironman Triathletes.
Specialties: At the NTC, I’m an exercise specialist. My niche is young athletes looking to improve their performance and active adults looking to improve their fitness. I also specialize in small group/team/semi-private training. I pride myself on being empathetic and connecting very well with clients. I train the entire person, not just the muscles. My programs have a heavy emphasis on nutrition, both for fitness and performance improvements.

Jeremy Arguelles, NSCA-CPT
Degree/Certifications: certified personal training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
Training Experience: I’ve been training since 2013 and still compete as a cyclist and triathlete
Specialties: At the NTC, I’m an exercise specialist who focuses on cardiovascular/endurance training, HIIT training, improving aerobic capacity, specifically for people that want to get stronger while improving cardiovascular endurance, time to fatigue, while leaning out at the same time. Runners, triathletes, or the overall health of the general population. I have lots of experience racing and training hard, so I know what it takes mentally and physically to succeed in your sport.

Kyndall Truett, ACSM-CPT, ACSM/ACS-CET
Degree/Certifications: Bachelor of Science at the University of Central Florida, ACSM Personal Trainer, ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer
Training Experience: I’ve worked at the facility for over 10 years. I’ve worn many hats, but my best hat is on the fitness floor as a trainer, guiding members through their workouts.
Specialties: I like to work with special populations, especially the population of those who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer or those who have completed treatment. I enjoy working with orthopedics and the post-rehab individual who needs to transition from Physical Therapy to the fitness floor to continue their progress.

Stacy Loudon, ACSM-CPT
Degree/Certifications: ACSM CPT, Schwinn indoor cycling, TRX, power plate
Training Experience: I have been training individuals and small groups, boot camps, and group fitness classes in the Orlando and Clermont area for almost 25 years.
Specialties: Personal training, group fitness, and assisting members and visitors on the fitness floor. I love training for strength, weight loss and quality of life. I also enjoy training pregnant and postpartum women. I love small group HIT training.

Emily Headley, ACSM-EP
Degree/Certifications: B.S in Exercise Science at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour: RYT – 200, Applied Stretching Theory and Practice (ASTP) – StretchLab
Training Experience: Working three years directing an exercise program for cancer survivors and conducting research on their fatigue levels. This study was awarded multiple grants and was presented at the SHAPE America National Conference in 2019.
Specialties: Before entering the fitness industry, I was a classically trained dancer with over 9 years of professional performing experience. While earning my Bachelor’s degree, I worked as a group fitness instructor and have experience instructing dance classes for able-bodied and special needs participants.

Deanna DeNapoli, ACSM-EP
Degree/Certifications: B.S in Exercise Science at Florida Gulf Coast University
Training Experience: Growing up playing basketball allowed me the opportunity to play basketball at Birmingham Southern College in Alabama during my freshman year of college.
Specialties: Being an athlete most of my life has allowed me to discover my passion for working with athletes to help them improve performance and prevent injury. I also enjoy training any type of client and helping them reach their full fitness potential.

FastTrac
FastTrac is designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels wanting to build confidence in performing their strength training program. Led by our amazing team of fitness professionals, this program will teach you the fundamentals of weight training, proper progression, and safe technique.

Personal Training
Personal Trainers provide the expertise, experience, motivation, and accountability needed to help reach your goals. Whether you are training for sport or health, we have a team dedicated to serving you. Private and buddy sessions are available.
Pilates Reformer Training provides specialized equipment to help improve strength, posture, flexibility, circulation, and balance. Reformer training allows for a variety of positions that help develop concentration and muscle control.

Group Training
TRX® Group Classes: TRX® is total body suspension training. The specially designed TRX Suspension Trainer™ allows controlled bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.*
GlideFit: Achieve improve coordination, strength, joint stability and reaction time with the latest trend in Aquatic Based Stability Training—GlideFit!
