UPDATED: December 28, 2020
Effective Date: January 1, 2021
In response to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, the Orlando Health National Training Center continues its commitment to providing a safe environment for your workout.
We are taking new actions to protect you and those around you. Members, facility users and staff are now required to wear masks any time they are not in a personal exercise session. This includes when:
- Entering and exiting the facility (includes awning and surrounding areas at the pool)
- Accessing the locker rooms and restrooms
- Walking to and from the fitness floor
- Coaching athletes
- Watching activities in areas designated above
We are continuing to:
- Screen every patient, member and guest at the main entrance to the Orlando Health National Training Center for COVID-19 symptoms and providing no-touch temperature checks.
- Supply wipes for you to use before and after operating exercise equipment.
- Provide hand sanitizer stations to maintain clean hands.
- Clean and sanitize areas, especially high-contact areas of our facility, throughout the day.
Orlando Health National Training Center encourages you to keep yourself and others healthy by following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for COVID-19, which include:
- Screening yourself daily for COVID-19 symptoms. If you do not feel well, skip your workout until you feel better.
- Staying home if you display any flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms and contacting your healthcare provider.
- Wearing your mask in public spaces.
The Orlando Health National Training Center has returned to normal operating hours for the facility and pool. Please click here for hours of operation for the facility, pool and Kids Club.
What is different?

- The OH-NTC team will be cleaning and sanitizing areas, especially high contact places like door handles and water fountains, throughout the day
What is the same?
While we’ve had to change many ways that we do business to protect you and our staff, we are ecstatic that you still choose us to be your workout facility. We will be smiling under those masks, welcoming you back into OH-NTC!
