The Fitness Center at the NTC is a 37,000 square foot facility that offers fitness, health and wellness programs for every level of fitness. Members of the community have access to the latest fitness classes, personal trainers, top-of-the-line fitness equipment, free towel service, locker rooms, and more!

Track & Field
The National Training Center Track & Field Complex is a premium athletic facility offering individuals and teams warm weather training throughout the year. A variety of open meets are held throughout the indoor and outdoor track season as well. The NTC is proud to be the home training center of Pure Athletics.
Athletic Fields
The NTC athletic fields, managed by Florida Rush Soccer Club, attract many teams for warm-weather training and instructional camps. Teams come from all over for their pre-season and pre-tournament training, including club travel teams looking to practice before competing in local tournaments such as the Disney Showcase, Florida Rush Cup, and the Disney Junior Showcase.
